At first, the damage looked serious enough to potentially require major logic board repair. However, instead of immediately replacing components or the motherboard, our technicians carried out a careful inspection and diagnosis.

The affected area was cleaned thoroughly using isopropyl alcohol to remove the liquid contamination and possible corrosion. We then checked the board carefully for signs of a short circuit and inspected the damaged area under magnification.

Fortunately, no short circuit was detected. After the cleaning process and testing, the iPad Mini 6 started charging normally and continued to operate correctly. No logic board replacement or further component-level repair was required.
