Even though we have already write a blog  on iPhone bluetooth and wifi not working repair but that was on an older iPhone 4. There are newer iPhone having same problem and most commonly on iPhone 6. The easy fix some of the bloggers mention is to restore the iPhone it doesn’t work when iPhone bluetooth and wifi not working repair is greyed out. Neither replacing iPhone wifi antenna will fix this problem. if iPhone wifi signals are weak or keep disconnecting or wifi only works when you are close to wifi router could be because of faulty wifi antenna or software bug but when the wifi or bluetooth button is greyed out that means wifi and bluetooth ic is faulty and in this case replacing wifi antenna or restoring iPhone will not fix or repair wifi or bluetooth problem. You have to get wifi and bluetooth ic replaced.

It is not a good news for DIY repairers or in general common repair shops that iphone 7 and 7 plus home button repair solution is not available to them. Back in 2013 when the iphone 5s was released with touch id and on later models of iphone upto 6s if the home button is damaged you can still replace the home button only the touch id will not work but taking back to menu or home still works normally. But on iphone 7 and 7 plus if original home button is damaged or goes unresponsive during lcd replacement it will not work at all. That means no touch id or no click or going back to previous menu. The reason behind iphone 7 and 7 plus home button not replaceable with another one because it has a software lock where the U10 ic on the home button itself which communicate to processor or apple server. Second type of repair which we have done successfully is replacing U10 ic on the home button assembly. The way back communication to the processor or logic board from iphone 7 and 7 plus home button is controlled by u10 ic which is mounted on the home button assembly. This ic is not easy to replace as it is mounted on to the flex cable not on hard pcb. To remove u10 ic from home button we use a special tool see below picture.
