If your iPad Mini 6 is not charging, charges intermittently, or powers on but refuses to charge, you're not alone. In our latest repair, an Apple iPad Mini 6 (Models A2567 & A2568) arrived at AppleFix & Tech Engineers with a charging problem. The device turned on normally but showed no charging current when connected to a charger.

Instead of replacing parts immediately, we began with professional diagnostics. Using a USB power meter, we confirmed the iPad was drawing no charging current. We then tested the USB-C connector with a professional Type-C tail plug tester, which identified an open communication line. This confirmed the charging port itself had failed.

After carefully opening the iPad, we removed the faulty USB-C charging port and installed a new high-quality replacement. Following reassembly and testing, the iPad immediately began charging normally again.
