Unexpected restarting can be caused by the software,
content, or hardware. However, it’s hard to directly tell which one is the
culprit. If y have already tried doing complete reset through iTunes and you
have failed than most probably it is a hardware issue. In terms of hardware problem, I’m afraid
there is nothing you can do about it. It might be due to a damaged logicboard.
In this respect, you might have to take it to a well qualified apple repair
store like applefix hamilton at 125 ward street hamilton New Zealand. If you
live out of hamilton you can mail in your device find the mail in instructions

For this particular iPhone 7 plus we find it is a hardware
problem. The tristar charging ic u4001 not showing any volt on 5 volts line on
c4006 capacitor and no power on c4004 1.8 volt line. Even though from our
experience on iPhone 6 6s if tristar ic has failed you can still boot the
iPhone with a charged battery. But on iPhone 7 and 7 plus faulty tristar ic
will make it restart.
iPhone 7 plus restarting rebooting fix u4001 ic replacement
