We receiving lot of iphone 6s no backlight after screen replacement problem. Even though we wrote a blog few months ago on the same iphoe6s backlight problem but some of the iphone 6s we received the technicians tried to replace the same fuse which we have shown in our previous blog. Which was fl4221  some of the technicians made it worse than a normal repair by pulling the pads. Just to aware technicians out iphone 6s back light has around 10 filter or fuse and they all located at different places. For example see the picture below another iphone 6s which was not fl4212 but fl4221 which is 120 OHM 210MA.

iphone 6s backlight fuse repair is very highly skilled and complicated repair. iPhone 6s has 3 fuses located by lcd connectors. While replacing lcd you might end up burning one of the fuse and when you turn on iphone you will see image but no light. If this has happened to your iphone that means the backlight circuit on your iphone has blown. First we have to find which fuse has blown. There start checking from fl4211 as this is the one which come first inline. and then check fl4212 and fl4213. These fuses are 0201 size and quite tine.

In the above picture fl4211 has blown and we have removed the blown filter. Please not all of these filters are the same 2400HM-350MA. These three fuses located on rail LCM_BL_CAT1 . You might find in some cases all these fuses are working fine but still there is no display. These fuses rail is then connected to BGA chip U4020. If all of these fuses are working then most probably either ic backlight ic chip is blown or it could be diod.
